| Frightmares at Buck Hill reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Frightmares at Buck Hill is not responsible for any injury due to participation in or attendance of Frightmares at Buck Hill. No alcohol, food, or drinks are allowed to be brought onto the property. If you appear to be intoxicated, you may not be allowed into the haunted house and may be asked to leave the property. No weapons or drugs of any kind are allowed on the property. You will not be permitted into the haunt with flashlights or camera equipment. No photo or pictures will be permitted inside the haunt. You are not allowed to touch the actors or props in any way. The actors will not touch you. You should not enter Frightmares at Buck Hill if you are pregnant, claustrophobic, wearing crutches, have any type of heart condition, epilepsy, respiratory problems, or back pain. If you are a minor, it is recommended that you be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or adult. Frightmares at Buck Hill features several intense scenes that create a realistic experience. This haunted attraction may contain: special effects, strobe lights and high-impact scares. There is no smoking allowed on the property. Purchase or use of an admission ticket constitutes your consent for Frightmares at Buck Hill to use your image in pictures or films resulting from any commercial photography and filming activities conducted. Violation of any of these rules and you may be asked to leave the premises without any refund of your ticket. We encourage you to be safe and obey all rules and regulations. |
