When Hector Cromarty built ORCHARD MANOR for his new bride, Mary, he imagined a beautiful Victorian Jewel in a quiet bucolic setting. But, from the day it was finished, it has harbored nothing but horror. Mary died young and Hector Cromarty slipped into madness after turning ORCHARD MANOR into a Bed and Breakfast in 1897.

Hector Cromarty disappeared entirely sometime in the 1920’s but ORCHARD MANOR survived and still stands today, though its proud façade is now a shabby wreck.

In 1932, a clan of Strigoii, a particularly pestilent form of undead, moved into the derelict property. Once Romanian aristocracy, now vampires; Zaharia Vasile, and his “daughters”, fled the homeland just one step ahead of an angry mob. Arriving in this rural corner of Minnesota, they quickly “dug in” for a very long stay.

Vasile left up Cromarty’s sign welcoming travelers and the especially unlucky will find themselves at Orchard Manor’s doorstep seeking food and lodging.

For over 70 years Vasile’s “family” has continued to grow. The house is now full to bursting and the residents need for blood has begun to out-pace the supply...

The Neighborhood Association decided to take the matter into its own hands and hired Stake and Mallet Exterminators LLP to deal with these supernatural pests once and for all.

They have completed the job and Beau Malleus, the owner of Stake and Mallet assures us Orchard Manor is now perfectly safe and Vampire-Free. The house is now on the market. An open house has been scheduled to find a buyer. Come by and take a look.

Dare to be Scared!
